Carter Evin, Michael Waxman, Cole O'Brien, Chris Meissner and Kyle Marsh all exhibited strength and resilience today while walking in Jesus sandals in rather excruciating conditions on gumdrop mountain.

Crew 3 had an exciting first day in Kentucky working on  Lisa, Heaven, Mike, and Garfield's home. The day started with a visit to the warehouse  and then a scenic journey to Harlan County, Kentucky. We got to work with Crew 10 which consisted of Mr. Lane, Mrs. Berardi, Grace, Evan, Will, Chloe, and Bridget. Crew 3 (Kate Ferrara, Greg Connly, Nick Lombardi, Kiana Lozzi, Conner O'Reilly, Ian McLaughlin and Kale Rockey have arrived in Jonesville, Virginia! Our long two day drive came to an end today as we pulled into the ASP Center at 5:30 p.m. Mrs. Ferrara and I could not have asked for a better group of teenagers to lead.  Journey to Jonesville

We departed Holy Cross at around 5 and were on the road to Roanoke until about 6. Everyone mostly slept the entire way. We stayed at a beautiful, welcoming church and went to mass in the morning.
